Hello, my name is Ilse Tolles and I am the proud owner of this establishment. Some fun facts about me: I was born and raised in South Africa, I have been married for 31 years to my fantastic husband and I have 2 children named Wiekus (30) and Hannah (25). At my store we try to give you an "At Home" look so you will know precisely what it would look like in your home. I hope to see you soon and stay safe out there!

Hello! My name is Hannah Tolles and that crazy to the left of me is my Mother. I have been here with her since Day 1 and I am so proud of her for everything she has accomplished. Some fun facts about me are: I own all 3 store puppies, and I have a boyfriend named Austin who also helps at the store. I will be going to AB Tech for Dental Hygiene soon! We try to make our store relatable and reasonable for the name-brand items we have! I am here usually every Friday and Saturday!

We Do Consignment and Have 12 Vendors!
Hello! My name is Ilse Tolles and I am the owner of "The Marketplace on Locust". The Marketplace is a very diverse place with all styles of furniture. My 12 vendors and I try our very best to showcase what we have to offer and make it look amazing for all who view it. We are located near the heart of Hendersonville, North Carolina. We have been open for 8 years now! We also love to make sure our customers know we care. After an individual buys something from us we ask for them to bring us a picture so we can see.

Hello. My name is Michelle Kohler and I am one of the workers and vendors at The Marketplace on Locust. I have known Ilse for a very long time and we have grown close since she has taken over this establishment. I have been a vendor and employee since day one and I love it here! Some fun facts about me are: I have a Doberman named Nebraska (sweetest girl ever if I can also add), I help on Mondays if you wanna come see me and I am always doing something so if you can't find me... How we handle consignment here at The Marketplace:
Note: We only take larger furniture (Some smalls if unique enough)
and we bring stuff in the order it was received.

Wait until we email you back to either accept the pieces or we will give you suggestions to other places!

When approved you have to find a way to get it to us! The Split is 50/50 with a 3% credit card fee if customer uses one!

At the end of the agreement we will need you to come in and sign a contract so we can keep up with your items and make sure we agree on which items we are receiving.
